soccerhaus safety rules

Hello Soccerhaus family!

We have always prioritized the safety of our customers, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. That’s why we are practicing and enforcing best practices for social distancing and safe practices in the midst of COVID-19.

As you know, safety recommendations — including those for our customers and staff — can and will likely change in accordance to the CDC and our state recommendations.

We would like to remind you that face masks and coverings are mandatory and must be worn in our facility at all times. The only exception is when athletes are playing or individuals are dining.

All visitors that enter the facility must wear masks and will be subjected to temperature checks as well as a questionnaire. Children under 10 years old do not have to wear a mask.

We have implemented safety features in our facility including first aid stations, touchless payment options, sanitizing stations, sneeze guards, touchless bathroom accommodations, and directional markings for patron foot traffic.

With capacities in place and mandated by the State of Colorado, we will now be requiring visitors to make reservations to sit in our Upper90 Tavern. This must be done in order to provide service and open up tables to our patrons that want to dine in our restaurant. We will have our reservation system set up very soon to accommodate this change. Seating isn’t guaranteed.

Due to Safer At Home Level 2 Restrictions, our facility capacity levels may only have a maximum of 50 people in our Upper90 Tavern.

In order to maintain our capacity limits, spectators and parents will not be allowed to spectate inside our facility. We will be implementing a video live feed where spectators and parents may watch their children from the parking lot (or anywhere) by visiting a live feed link on our website. This system will be in operation by the end of this week.

Parents may utilize our Upper90 Tavern reservation system to dine. Again, seating isn’t guaranteed.

If you are not feeling well and exhibiting symptoms of COVID, we require that you not enter our facility and stay home. This goes for your children as well.

We’re working diligently to adapt to new circumstances while planning for the future. Our customers have always been the heart of our company. We’re grateful to you and your ongoing support.
